Pricing Policy

Our puppy pricing policy is designed to ensure each family on our waiting list is treated with the same thoughtful and consistent approach, making the journey to meeting their new puppy stress-free and enjoyable. Guided by the latest research in puppy development and backed by years of experience, we are deeply committed to raising healthy, well-socialized puppies who grow into exceptional companions. Because of the level of care and expertise that goes into every step of our process, our puppies are among the finest available—and their pricing reflects that commitment to quality.

From time to time, we adjust our puppy pricing to reflect changes in the market and the rising costs associated with the investment we make in raising healthy, well-socialized puppies while maintaining our high standards of care.

Our policy on pricing is as follows:

The price quoted to you in your first email/text from us will be the price you pay for your puppy provided that the deposit securing your place on our waiting list is received within 7 days of that email/text.

The remaining balance is payable in cash on pickup day when your puppy is 8 weeks old.

We are under no obligation to notify you of changes to our prices.  However, we are happy to answer your inquiries at any time.

Our policy on deposits is as follows:

Your position on the list is strictly determined by the date the waiting list deposit is received.

If we are unable to provide a puppy for you in the time-frame estimated in our first email/text to you, and you wish to leave the list, you are entitled to a fast and complete refund.

If you cancel your placement on the list for any reason before being allocated to a litter (usually after the first week of birth), we will refund your deposit minus $100 admin. fee.

If you cancel your placement on the list after being allocated to a litter (usually after the first week of birth), your payment(s) to date is/are non-refundable but will be held for you as a credit on your next puppy from our group.

Note: Canceling your placement on a litter you were allocated to after puppies are 4 weeks of age forfeits your deposit. 

Our policy on puppies boarded with us past 8 weeks:

Final payment is due and must be paid by the time your puppy is 8 weeks of age, (the usual pick- up date).  If you choose to make arrangements to board your puppy with us past 8 weeks of age please be aware that while every care is taken, any puppy kept here past their pickup date is at the owner’s risk.
