Pricing Policy

Our pricing policy is structured to provide a seamless experience for every family on our waitlist. We place great emphasis on thoughtful breeding, early socialization, and attentive care, allowing each puppy to develop into a well-balanced and exceptional companion. The pricing of our puppies reflects the care, expertise, and intention invested throughout this process.

From time to time, we adjust our puppy pricing to reflect changes in the market and the rising costs associated with the investment we make in raising healthy, well-socialized puppies while maintaining our high standards of care.

Our policy on pricing is as follows:

The price quoted to you in your first email/text from us will be the price you pay for your puppy provided that the deposit securing your place on our waiting list is received within 7 days of that email/text.

Remaining balances are payable in cash on pickup day when your puppy is 8 weeks old.

We are under no obligation to notify you of changes to our prices.  However, we are happy to answer your inquiries at any time.

Our policy on deposits is as follows:

Your position on the list is strictly determined by the date the waiting list deposit is received.

If we are unable to provide you with a puppy of your desired color and gender within one year of placing your deposit, you may choose to withdraw from the waitlist and receive a full refund. This provision does not apply if you were offered a puppy meeting your stated preferences during that time and elected to decline.

Due to the significant care, veterinary costs, and attention involved in raising a healthy litter—including potential surgeries and specialized procedures—we seek to work with families who are fully committed to welcoming a Labrador into their home. As such, once you have been allocated to a litter or placed a deposit on a puppy that has already been born, those payments are non-refundable.

When you choose to move forward with a specific litter (usually 1 week post birth), a $1000 allocation fee is required to reserve your placement. Both the waitlist deposit and allocation fee are applied toward the total purchase price. Once allocation to a litter has been made, all payments become non-refundable. Should you choose to cancel your placement, all funds paid will be forfeited.

If we have Labrador puppies currently available, an $1,500 deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy.

Our policy on puppies boarded with us past 8 weeks:

Final payment is due and must be paid by the time your puppy is 8 weeks of age, (the usual pick- up date).  If you choose to make arrangements to board your puppy with us past 8 weeks of age please be aware that while every care is taken, any puppy kept here past their pickup date is at the owner’s risk.
